La volumetría de Llanura se compone mediante la sobreposición de cajas, donde cada una envuelve un espacio habitable. Debido a lo estrecho y a la orientación del terreno, era difícil encontrar que todos los espacios gozaran de iluminación natural, por lo tanto se busca generar entradas de luz a través de domos y patios a lo largo del proyecto.
De esta manera, con la disposición de los volúmenes se realizan dos patios interiores que ayudan a articular los espacios de la planta baja con la planta alta, además de proporcionar luz a distintas horas del día. Dentro del proyecto estos patios generan un secuencia de espacios abiertos y cerrados creando un recorrido con diferentes vistas de los espacios interiores para finalmente rematar con el jardín.
The volumetry of Llanura is composed by the superposition of boxes, where each one envelops a living space. Due to the narrowness and orientation of the terrain, it was difficult to find that all spaces enjoyed natural lighting, therefore it is sought to generate light leakage through domes and courtyards throughout the project.
In this way, with the arrangement of the volumes two inner courtyards are created in order to articulate the spaces of the ground floor with the upper floor, in addition to providing light at different times of the day. Within the project these courtyards generate a sequence of open and closed spaces creating a route with different views of the interior spaces that lead to the garden.
