El proyecto se puede definir como un sistema de cajas superpuestas. Un volumen alargado elevado sobre un cuerpo transparente abierto hacia un jardín en planta baja que se separa lo más posible de las colindancias. Otro volumen rectangular, aunque más pequeño, se apila sobre el segundo nivel, y se abre por medio de unas terrazas hacia sus dos extremos.
La casa se ubica en su mayor parte hacia la colindancia norte para generar un jardín y mayores aperturas hacia el sur aprovechando el asoleamiento. La pieza que une las distintas cajas a lo largo de toda la vivienda es un gran librero de madera que sostiene el espacio central de las escaleras y corre de arriba abajo en todo el proyecto.
This project can be defined as a system of overlapping boxes. An elongated volume on a transparent body open to a garden on the ground floor which is separated as much as possible of the adjacencies. Another rectangular volume, although smaller, is stacked on the second level, and is opened by means of terraces towards its two ends.
The house sits mostly to the northern boundary to generate a garden and greater openings towards the south taking advantage of the sunlight. The piece that joins the different boxes along the house is a large wooden bookcase that supports the central space of the stairs and runs from top to bottom throughout the project.
