Este proyecto logra organizar la distribución interior de un departamento, de manera lineal. Esto, a través de un lambrín de madera, que enfatiza la continuidad espacial al evitar definir límites entre la distintas áreas por las que atraviesa. Este elemento, no solo cumple con una función visual, a su vez, va dando soporte a los distintos programas que ocurren a la largo de sus 25 metros de largo y dos niveles de altura. En algunos caso, el lambrín se modifica, dando pie para que se le adosen repisas, marcos, espejos, gabinetes, libreros, luminarias y celosías que permitan utilizar el área inmediata de maneras diversas.
En su contraparte, una caja de blanca contiene el área de servicio -cocina, lavandería y baño visitas- la cual, a través de paneles corredizos permite integrar o separar la cocina del área social. El lambrín, en el segundo nivel funciona de manera similar, dando pie a la sala de TV bar, terraza y jardín.
This project manages to organize the interior distribution of an apartment, in a linear manner. This, through a wooden panel, which emphasizes spatial continuity by avoiding defining limits between the different areas it passes through. This element not only fulfills a visual function, at the same time, it supports the different programs that occur along its 25 meters of length and two height levels. In some cases, the wooden panel is modified, giving the opportunity to the addition of shelves, frames, mirrors, cabinets, bookcases, lighting fixtures and lattices that allow the immediate area to be used in diverse ways.
On its counterpart, a white lacquer box contains the service area - kitchen, laundry and guest bathroom - which, through sliding panels, allows the kitchen to be integrated or separated from the social area. The wooden panel on the second level, functions in a similar way, allowing the same concept to continue not only in its horizontal axis but also in the vertical one.
